When using Virtual breaker there are two types of information we may collect from our clients/users:

“Personal Information” refers to information with personal identifiers that can be used separately or collectively identify an individual, such as name, mobile number, email address, company, etc. This personal information is voluntarily provided by users when they register to our platform for events.The click and stay on a certain session or interaction on the chat box within the microsite) may be identifiable and regarded as Personal Information. We shall keep all Personal Information confidential and shall only process Personal Information on behalf of and in accordance with your instructions. To avoid confusion, any Non-personal Information combined with Personal Information shall be regarded as Personal information.

2. Non-personal Information


“Non-personal Information” refers to information that is not associated with or linked to your Personal Data and cannot be used to identify individual persons.

  • User activity such as log-ins, date, time of access and user sessions

What are the purposes of collecting our Clients information?

  • Register you as a user of the Platform and to allow access to your personal account

  • Customise your experience on thePlatform

  • Manage your account and provide any service support in regards to the Platform and our services

  • Improve the User’s experience on the Platform

  • Control the Platform, help determine problems with our server


User’s Virtual Breaker Account

When an attendee registers for an event on Virtual Breaker, a corresponding Virtual breaker account is created for that attendee. With the Virtual Breaker account, it allows the user to login to attend the events they registered for and edit their basic personal details.


Transferring Personal Data out of and into Singapore

  • Pursuant to the purposes and activities as set out in the sections above, it may be necessary for us to transfer your Personal Data out of Singapore. You hereby agree and consent to the aforesaid transfer, on the understanding that the recipients of such Personal Data are also subject to applicable laws or contractual obligations similar to the obligations as set out in the PDPA.

  • If you are residing outside Singapore, your information (including your Personal Data) will be stored in Singapore, where our servers are located.


Sharing your Attendees Data with third parties

  • We will only share your attendees data with the engaged Event organiser that is using our Platform for their event. We will follow all PDPA procedures and encrypt any data transmitted to ensure no foreign access to your data and data security breach.

  • Any information disclosed in the public areas of the Site (such as message boards, chats and forums) becomes public information. You should practice caution whenever you disclose personal information in this way.

  • Only authorised employees will have access to such information and they will use your given personal information with extraordinary caution and follow all PDPA procedures while handling your personal information on our Platform.


  • “Cookies”, which are a small data file sent to your browser to store and track information about you when you enter the Website, may be used. The cookie is used to track information such as the number of users and their frequency of use, profiles of users and their preferred sites. While this cookie can tell us when you enter our sites and which pages you visit, it cannot read data off your hard disk.
